The Barber Genealogy

Our Family History in Texas began back in 1829. I was born in 1938 in Beeville, Texas. I lived in Corpus Christi from about 1945 until 1957. I then moved to Arkansas. In July of 1959 I joined the Army for 3 years - was in Korea for 12 months - got out July 1962. In 1963, I moved first to Dallas, then to Fort Worth, Texas. In 1965 I moved to Anchorage, Alaska. In 1971 I started to work for the State of Alaska, where I met my future wife. We worked in the maintains shop of a hospital. She was a secretary and I was a maintenance worker. I worked there for 4 years. On December 5, 1975 we were married. Soon afterwards we both went to work at the Anchorage International Airport. In 1990 after 25 Years and Back to Texas.
